its obvious, right?…

to practice yoga and have a holiday... right? NO! 

 

STOP!!!  Going on a yoga holiday can be much more!

 

YES, YOU can enjoy time to rest, recuperate and release everyday stresses and catch up with sleep, eat well etc… 

 

however there can be a lot...

One excellent method is to allow the mind to settle,gradually,slowly into your posture...

to do this we just become aware of the whole of our physical body ,it's shape, structure and what it feels like to be sitting...

we notice the 'movements of the mind'...the though...
