Learning to calm the mind

One excellent method is to allow the mind to settle,gradually,slowly into your posture...

to do this we just become aware of the whole of our physical body ,it's shape, structure and what it feels like to be sitting...

we notice the 'movements of the mind'...the thoughts we are thinking... the feelings we are feeling ,the sensations we are experiencing, and are just aware of them as they are...



sit for as long as we feel comfortable to ..if we do this gradually our mind will beging to settle and calm..and we find a deep peace can arise within us..

witha little regular practice we can notice significant changes..

"letting days go by,every one of them..."
